Welcome to our community! Our rules are the cornerstone of a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. We've crafted them with care to ensure transparency, fairness, and a vibrant role-playing environment.
It is crucial that you read, understand, and adhere to the rules. Ignorance of the rules will not exempt you from consequences. By joining the server, you confirm that you have read and will comply with all the rules. Our staff team is dedicated to ensuring that these rules are upheld.
Remember, our mission is to create a lively and serious role-play atmosphere that's enjoyable for all. Keep an eye on this page for the latest updates and get ready to dive into the action with confidence!

You must be at least 18 years of age to play. If your age is called into question by staff, you may be asked to provide proof of age via a form of redacted identification. If you would prefer not to do this, you are welcome to, but you will not be allowed to return.

3. Report Rule Breaks:
If you believe a rule has been broken, let the scene play out, clip it, and open a ticket. Never "rulesplain" during the scene.
4. Do Not Engage:
Do not attempt to pull out a weapon, raise your weapon, or shoot if a player has you at gunpoint. You must value your life.

Helicopters and planes are not to be used for heists, player robbing, or trolling.
1 .Same Gang Requirement:
When trying to break someone out, they must be in the same gang as you.
2. Hostage Life Exchange:
For breakouts, it's 1 life for another life. For example, if you have an officer hostage, it's their life for the prisoner's life.

You can request a prison transport; however, it can only be requested by the prisoner/person in custody. PD has the right to deny a prison transport.

Please make sure your clothing is appropriate.
4. Take RP Seriously:
Please take roleplay seriously.
1. Immediate Response:
If the police arrive at the scene of a shooting and come under immediate fire, they will respond with gunfire. Bystanders not involved will be given one warning to leave. If they fail to comply, they will be detained until the scene/investigation is complete.
2. Creating a Perimeter:
Officers will create a perimeter and wait for the gunfire to cease. Afterward, they will investigate to determine who the attackers are and who was defending themselves.
1. Starting from the Bottom:
When you fly into the city, focus on getting your feet on the ground. Aim to speak, work, and roleplay with other gangs around the city, including official gangs, to set up deals and other business.
2. No Pressing Gangs:
Do not fly into the city and press any other gangs that you see. This is not a 100K or die city. Don’t be a troll with no roleplay and expect to become official.
3. Build a Good Reputation:
Aim to build a good reputation, provide good roleplay, and always follow the rules if you want to become official.
1. Roster Requirement:
Every gang must have a roster. A link will be provided for you to fill out your roster form. It is the responsibility of the leader(s) to ensure it is kept up to date.
2. Active Members:
Your gang must have at least 5 active members. We will not tolerate fly in shooters, players with multiple souls in the same gangs, etc. for the sake of padding the roster. Keep in mind staff will know if you do it.
3. Whitelisted Gangs:
Official Whitelisted Gangs are allowed to have 15 members.
1. Leader Responsibility:
Each gang leader is expected to ensure that their gang members are following server rules. Leaders should only recruit trustworthy people; they are YOUR responsibility, not ours.
2. Strikes:
Each time a gang member breaks a server rule severely enough, a strike will be given to the entire gang. After 3 strikes, your official status and all benefits will be stripped away. You can reapply for a gang in 30 days.
3. Custom Gang Clothing/Compound MLO:
You can now acquire custom gang clothing and compound MLO. Please open a ticket to obtain more information on this.
1. Obtaining HQ/Block:
To obtain your HQ/Block, you must be shown to be roleplaying on that block before it will be given to you. Show this by constantly hanging on your block, tagging up the block, and holding it down with your gang.
2. No Business Properties:
No business properties are allowed to be claimed in a Gang/Crew/MC's Turf, including secret locations used for illegal activities.
3. Max Territories:
Each gang can hold up to 5 territories. To increase that to 6 or 7 and beyond, you must go to war with another gang.
4. Winning Territory:
Whichever gang throws in the towel or wins the war (best out of set rounds) can take down the opposing team's mark and earn a spray can for their new territory location.
5. No Unreachable Tags:
DO NOT place tags in unreachable areas.
6. Posting Sprays/Tags:
Gang sprays/tags should only be posted on your own gang turf or on another gang turf you are currently fighting or in conflict with.
7. Handling Tag Wipes:
Each gang leader can decide how to handle tag wipes. Get creative and take advantage of the opportunity to create good RP.
1. Long-Term Commitment:
It is unrealistic to hop gangs every few days. If you are thinking about joining a gang, plan to be part of it for an extensive amount of time.
2. RP the Situation:
If you want to leave a gang or join a new one, you must RP the situation out, which can include being bled out, being kicked out, etc.
3. 12-Day Cooldown:
Once you have left a gang, you are on a 12-day cooldown before joining another gang. This includes leaving and starting a new gang, which still counts towards the 12-day cooldown. You should not be joining a new gang, starting a new gang, or representing a new gang until the 12-day cooldown is up.
1. Wear Gang Colors:
All members of a gang are required to wear their colors anytime their gang is actively involved in a gang war. This prevents other players from circumventing a gang war by not wearing their uniform.
2. Informing About Gang Colors:
If someone is wearing your gang’s colors, you can inform them about what they are wearing. However, this doesn’t give you a reason to press further unless they escalate the situation or are impersonating your gang.
3. Uniform Consistency:
Gang colors must be as close to uniform as possible. While differences in clothing available to male/female characters may make it difficult, do your best to have both outfits mirror each other as closely as possible.
4. Appropriate Clothing:
Please make sure your clothing is appropriate.
1. Crucial RP Events:
Something crucial within RP must happen between the two parties for a war to happen. Poor reasons can lead to admin intervention. A Gang War can only be started by Gang Leaders, and terms must be set in the city. Once terms are set, a ticket must be opened with specifics to hold gangs accountable once the war is over.
2. War Declaration:
Wars must be declared. Gangs are not required to accept wars. However, once the gang that declared the war makes the initial attack, they must wait for the other gang to retaliate. The other gang has up to 48 hours to retaliate. If retaliation doesn’t happen, the gang war is over.
3. Member Limit:
During a war, your gang is allowed to use up to 5 members to fight.
4. Defending Turf:
If you start a shootout in another gang's turf, that gang is allowed to use all members to defend their home turf.
5. No Outside Help:
You are NOT allowed to fly people in to shoot for you. Only your gang members can participate in the war.
6. Best of 3 or 5:
A Gang War will be best of 3 or best of 5, as set and agreed upon by both gang leaders.
7. Speak Before Shooting:
You MUST speak before shooting. KOS (Kill on Sight) is only allowed if discussed and set in a meeting between both gang leaders.
8. Shootout Cooldown:
After a shootout, you must wait a minimum of 1 hour before another shootout.
9. Post-Shootout Realism:
It is unrealistic and NVL to get healed by EMS and immediately start fighting again. Once you are killed, you are out of the fight and may not return.
10. Ending a War:
A war can end if a leader decides the reason for the war has been justified and there is no motive to continue. After the war, the losing gang must either pay or give the winner what was agreed upon when terms were set (e.g., $2 million, 10 Dracos, Turf, etc.).
11. Cooldown Period:
After the war, both sides are on a 10-day cooldown from each other. This includes starting any beef/drama with any opposing gang member after the war is over.
This is by far the most important rule, as it sets the tone for everything we do. Whether someone takes you hostage, starts a storyline involving your character, or introduces a twist, trust their creativity and let the story unfold. Embrace the unpredictability of roleplay and see where it can lead. By doing so, you contribute to rich, dynamic narratives that elevate the entire city. By adhering to this, we can elevate our roleplay experience to new heights of excitement and collaboration. Together, we will create incredible scenes and unforgettable moments that make our community truly exceptional.
